employees who have made themselves available for same-day emergency
assignments. If you are able to anticipate a short-term staffing
need, such as when a coworker takes vacation time or when you have
an upcoming project, let us help you by sending a hard-working,
qualified individual to fill in the gap. These individuals are
available to work on assignments from one day to one month.
Temp-To-Hire
In many ways, the temp-to-hire arrangement is similar to leasing
with the option to buy. It allows an employee and a company to work
together without a binding commitment. Temp-to-hire offers companies
flexibility and leverage when seeking to fill a full-time position.
In a typical temp-to-hire situation, Choice Staffing submits
candidates to a company for consideration. After interviews, the
selected candidate begins working in the client company while
remaining on the Choice Staffing payroll. After a probationary
period, typically lasting for several weeks, the client company is
free to convert the employee directly to their payroll at no charge.
The candidate and the company are each able to terminate the
arrangement for any reason prior to conversion.
Direct Hire
Choice Staffing works with a large number of individuals who are
seeking direct placement with companies. Typically, these persons
are highly qualified, mid-to-upper level administrators who are
currently employed but seek career growth. If you have an opening
and would like us to refer a candidate to you, please let us know!
Payrolling Service
At your request, Choice Staffing will payroll an individual you
have identified to work in your company. Choice Staffing issues the
paychecks, calculates and pays the tax withholdings, and is
responsible for any disability, unemployment, or workers
compensation claims filed by that employee. |
